A deputy at the Hall County Sheriff’s Office received an armed robbery call at the Peach Hill roundabout around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Sheriff’s office spokesman Derek Booth said the 44-year-old was blowing leaves when he was approached by two men wearing blue surgical masks, one of whom was carrying a gun.
Booth said the men removed the blower from the man’s back and the brush cutter from the driveway. The equipment was loaded into a black sedan and the two of them drove away.
